In order to get CustomCDrom working for you, just register with CustomCDrom headquarters. Setting up a CustomCDrom account is easy. All we require is your name, e-mail address, and creation of a secret password. However, if you're willing to provide us with a little more information about your needs, interests, and background, we'll notify you of future discounts and special offers. Frankly, it's really worth the extra minute and effort -- and it will help us serve you better.
Just click on Knapsack, and then enter your account name and password. If you haven't registered, do that first.

Finding the right kind of arquivo
In order for CustomCDrom to work best for you, it is critical that you identify the correct kind of arquivos For example, many web pages will offer a button or hyperlink along the lines of "Click here to download." However, clicking "here" merely takes you to another page where additional information is provided and then you are given the opportunity actually to begin downloading. This second arquivo is the one we need to make sure we get you right information. One way to make sure you select the correct arquivo is to look at the bottom of the Netscape Browser as you highlight links. If the URL noted at the bottom of your screen begins with "ftp..." or has .exe, .zip, .gif., .htm, or .jpeg in the extension, then it probably is a downloadable file.
What CustomCDrom is all about is capturing selected ARQUIVOS DE NOSSOS SERVIDORES depositing them in what we call your "knapsack." Following are instructions on how to "fill" your knapsack:
After you put os arquivos you want into the knapsack, you're ready to order. Clicking on the knapsack enables you to see what you have selected so far. If you're satisfied with what you've selected, go ahead and place the order by following the on-screen directions. You also have the option to remove items from the Knapsack by clicking the Delete Check Box associated with the file you want removed. If you want to edit the contents (filename, directory, zip?, require?) of the Knapsack, just reenter your selection and delete the old one.
If you decide later that you would like to remove or edit previous selections from your knapsack, just click on the knapsack, click on Edit Selections, and follow the directions. This may become necessary if you leave selections in the knapsack for long periods of time as arquivos might change or become obsolete.
Placing an order is easy. Once you select Place Order from the knapsack, you will be transported to the CustomCDrom secure order website (so make sure that you are connected to the internet). Arriving at the website, you'll be asked to Login using your Agentname and password. Having logged on to the system, you'll be able to review your order and make any last minute adjustments. Next, you will be asked to fill out an order form for that specific order (billing address, mailing address (if different), shipping preference, etc.). While most of the fields in the form will have default values based on your registration information, be sure that each field is the way you want it before proceeding. The last step is entering payment information. Once all the forms are filled out, just hit Go! and your order will be processed, and your own custom CD will be on its way to your doorstep.
After you have placed your order, you can come back and see the current status of your orders by logging into your account. Click on the Order Status button and, when prompted, type in your Agentname and password. The status of any pending orders will appear at the bottom of the page.
You can change your password or update your profile at any time. When you login you will be given that opportunity. Just follow the directions provided and your information will be automatically updated. That said, it is quite important to keep your password confidential. If you ever forget your Agentname or password, just email customer service through the feedback section.

Once we receive your order, our proprietary agent software races onto the web via our superfast connections and retrieves your selections. Then we prepare those files for recording onto a CD. The CD is then recorded using the latest in CD-R technology. Finally, we package your order and ship it according to your specifications.
