*.) Fixed bug that the double-click function has no effect.
*.) Fixed bug that tpaneld parameters will restore to default when tpaneld daemon reset.

*.) The Mandriva series do not support driver reset & log funtions.
    (Because the tkdat0 will fail to open sometimes.)
