Ron Hanson

Ron has been in construction management and project management for more than 20 years and has built projects upt to $33,000,000 on time and under budget. When clients need facility implementation and building, Ron has the experience and ability to manage the project from start to finish.

Provocative questions that provoke innovative answers are Bob's specialty. Bob holds a B.S. in Business and wide experience in Industrial Engineering. He has held positions in consulting and management including a stint as CFO. Bob also teaches Business Strategy at Kansas Neumann University.

Mike's background is a combination of twenty years as a career Army Officer and ten years as a Human Resources Director. Mike's specialties are Organization Development, Leadership and the human side of Lean Manufacturing.

Werner Jung

An appreciation for the Technik is the hallmark of Werner's approach to manufacturing issues. He has held management positions in automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals and electronics firms.

Werner is the founder and President of Jung, Aust & Partner, a Strategos Global Affiliate.

McCain Koo

High energy and enthusiasm characterizes McCain's approach. He is an experienced teacher and expert in Total Quality. McCain now directs his energies to the full range of Lean techniques. McCain learned TPS from Yoshihito Wakamatsu and Tessuo Kondo, original disciples of Taichii Ohno. He is based in GuangZhou, China.

Quarterman Lee

"Q" started his career at the fountainhead of Lean Manufacturing, Ford Motor Company. He has worked in foundries, paper mills and a window manufacturing plant in positions from Engineer to Plant Manager. Since 1977 he has been consulting, training and writing. Mr. Lee has authored two books and hundreds of articles and programs. "Q" also restores classic cars and is President of Strategos.

Lourdes Menendez

Lourdes is our expert in Socio-Technical Systems-the integration of technical processes with human performance. She is an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer in Five-S, Team Development, Quality, Leadership and Lean Manufacturing. Ms. Menendez has held management positions in manufacturing firms. She holds a BS in Communication with a major in Industrial Engineering. Lourdes has assisted many firms to improve quality and productivity in commercial baking, construction equipment, plastics, textiles, service and other industries.

A native of Puebla, Mexico she has resided in Boston and Dallas for many years and is fluent in Spanish and English.

William Nelson

Will has over 20 years of experience in Biomechanics, Ergonomics, Human Factors and Product Development. Past work includes training for injury prevention; ergonomic job analysis, human factors, CTD analysis and workstation design. Will has an M.B.A from Rockhurst University and M.S. and B.S.M.E. degrees from Purdue University.

He was on the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team in 1978 and has been a U.S. Olympic Committee Sports Science Consultant. He has worked with Olympic athletes to optimize body dynamics.

Greg Paupst

Greg Paupst is a results-oriented executive with an extensive career in operations and business development. His experience includes start-up enterprises, quality/business systems implementation, and strategic international partnership development. Greg founded ValuCurve Systems to provide Small and Medium manufacturers the expertise necessary to compete in world markets. Bio>>

Ed is Vice-President of Strategos, Inc. His career has included lean manufacturing and distribution, plant relocation and consolidation, process improvement, site selection, industrial and manufacturing engineering, materials handling mechanization, industrial facilities planning and optimization, plant and warehouse layout, and logistics.

Mr. Phillips is also past chairman of the Materials Handling Division of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the author of the book "Manufacturing Plant Layout".
