DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use ftp to go to ftp2.kbsi.com.  Alternatively, use a web browser to
go to ftp://ftp2.kbsi.com

2. To login, use the following:

    username = kbsi-cs\ftpguest
    password = 9792605274
    (Note that the password contains zeros--do not type the letter "O".)

3.  Navigate to the pub directory.

    The files to get = for_jf1.exe and for_jf2.exe.
    The password to unzip these files is: Florianopolis

    The file for_jf1.exe contains the SmartER setup; for_jf2.exe
    contains the AI0 WIN setup.

4. After downloading the files, run each of them by double-clicking on
the file in Windows Explorer or using Start Menu|Run.  The
setup files will be unzipped into a folder.  You must unzip the two
.exe files into into separate folders; use the the password to unzip
shown above.  You can then burn the files onto CDs and/or install the
software by running the setups directly from Windows Explorer.  To install,
run the files AI0WIN_setup.exe and SmartER_setup.exe.

5. The first time you use AI0 WIN and SmartER, you will need to enter
authorization codes to "unlock" them.  Use the authorization codes
listed under "Important Information."
